This energy-efficient home in Australia was automated by HAI Dealer, Concept Solutions Group.
The object was to minimize electrical cabling and bring a wow factor to the project. The Project for Bondor was to build a 7 or 8 star energy efficient House using Insulated sandwich panel for all walls and ceilings.
We chose HAI Lighting Control (HLC) for the lighting control system. This gave the electrician great flexibility in running cabling and also reduced the cabling down wall panels and through ceiling panels. The house is used as a display home as it collects data 24/7 from the climate logging equipment so Bondor will know how efficient the house is after 12 months. We use outputs from the Climate logger to give us temperature set points so that we can turn on fans and open louvers to create a natural breeze through the house.
